Reservations
We recommend prebooking in advance and arriving 15 minutes early. If you are late, we will try to
accommodate you, but we cannot promise your full service time.
Cancellations
To cancel reservations, please call 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  Due to the time and cost to
prepare for each guest there will be a 50% charge if you fail to show or cancel scheduled appointments.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for dollar amounts.  They are not redeemable for cash, but can be used on both
retail and services.
Considerations
We ask that children be in the salon for their appointment only.  This allows our guests to enjoy the relaxing
atmosphere.
Gratuities
Tipping is always left to the discretion of our guests. Average gratuity ranges from 15% – 20%.
